Can someone explain to me the thing at the bottom of the stage where it says Now Entering A: so-and so

it's wifi so anyone can enter, everyone with a DS has a name in the DS and when they enter the chat room it says that but with their name
Ever go into a chat room, and it says *your name* has entered the chat room.

Okay, basically:
When you select PictoChat from the DS menu, you enter a room and it displays the text "Now entering [A]: Username" where username is what name you picked in the menu of your DS. It also shows this message to all people within local wireless range who also are in PictoChat to tell them that you've entered.
