Definately Smash Bros. Brawl. Never wanted a game quite as much as this one.

I want Dragon Quest Swords. Although if EA ever brought NCAA football back to Nintendo that would be what I wanted most.

Mario Kart Wii for me, and I personally don't care if it has snaking or not.  Mario Kart Wii is going to be awesome because of online play and motion controls.  I think that it will be fun even without snaking.
