Yeah, I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 and the touch pad scroll option is on, but it wont work, I cant live without that thing D:.

i am using a touch pad right now,
but i use the up and down keys to scroll

I'll just use the buttons, I have a USB mouse but I like cant find it and im pretty sure its broken.
