What happened in the video was, the fishermen captured the dolphins in a net. Then they like, transported them on a truck to another place. Then, they were put on the ground. All of a sudden in the video, some guys with machetes (big knives) made a deep cut near the head of each dolphin. You could see blood spurting from each one. At least when hunters kill deer, the deer dies in a few seconds. But in this they purposely cut them to cause andrenaline.
I read somewhere that the japanese do this because they believe that andrenaline of the animal being killed, for some odd reason makes the meat more tender. :(

Ok so they kill dolphines to sell them later. Thats like saying COW MASSACRE ! I mean its sad but people want there meat.
