I was reading Nintendo Power (first Future US one, to be exact) and I noticed a bit of news that would concern the people here at the forums. It was near the back. If this is old, I'm sorry, but I can't help it that once something is posted here, 2 seconds after that post is considered "old."
Here's a direct quote:
"On September 17th, the Nsider Forums were closed indefinitely as a prelude to a site-wide overhaul at Nintendo.com. But don't worry! We here at Nintendo Power are working on even bigger plans for an online community that we hope to share with you early next year."
Do you know what this means? A new, legitimate "Nsider" will be created, but from the staff that works on Nintendo Power. If this does happen, and I doubt there'll be half the people from the original forums rejoiced back there, what are your thoughts on this?
I personally think it's pretty cool, and also that maybe Future US was a good thing. They only better not be lying. Although...I have noticed that ever since Nsider was closed down, I have had less desire to go there every day (duh it's gone, but still, some people would want to go back, even though they couldn't). Now it's to the point where I almost forget about Nsider, or what it was like. I just hope that this is something half-decent.

definitely. Really, nothing will be the same. It really won't feel fresh and new, but overdone in my opinion. I probably won't want to go to the new Nsider, but I still think it's great that they're doing it. I just can't know for sure how I'll feel until it happens. ;)
