Ladies and gentlemen of SilverSider!

I bring forth upon you a very serious matter....

Due to the recent raise in server and hosting costs for Nsider2, it is evident to me that a merge with SilverSider, or SILVERHAWK79's Nsider Forum, is necessary for the survival of their forum.

What I propose is that the leaders of both forums put their differences aside and think of the future of not only their forums, but of their members.

My plan of action for the merge is as follows:

STEP 1: LEADERSHIP

It has been brought to my attention that the leaders of both of these forums don't particularly like each other so a merge would bring up the issue of who would be the head of the new united Nsider forum.

What I propose is this:

• The leadership of the forum is shared between the heads of both forums so that a co-leadership is formed.
  
• The leader of the forum goes through a rotational cycle (i.e Silver is head for one month and EJRaven the next.)
  
• The leadership of the forum falls upon a democracy meaning that the leader is fairly elected by the members every specified period of time.
  
• The leadership of the forum falls upon a council of people from both forums meaning the forum is ruled by several people at the same time and each of them have the same amount of power.
  

STEP 2: RULES

Another problem that will come up is which system of rules the new Nsider establishes as its own.

What I propose is this:

• If a council becomes the government of the new forum, then it will be up to them to decide which rules from both of their forums be added to the Constitution of the new forum.
  
• If a democracy becomes the prominant form of government in the new forum, then the members of both forums will get to decide which rules they want.
  

STEP 3: PAYMENT

Since the costs of running Nsider2 have spiked in the last month, a new plan of payment for the new forum will have to be decided.

What I propose is this:

• Both heads of both forums pay for the hosting services of the new forum.
  

STEP 4: LOCATION

Next is where the new Nsider will be located. Will it be moved to Nsider2.com or the other forum? Will we have to make a totally new forum?

What I propose is this:

• A new forum is made to avoid problems and remain neutral of both forums.
  
• The members of both forums take a vote to see where they want the new forum to be located.
  
• If the government of the new forum is a council, it will be up to them to decide.
  

STEP 5: NAME

What will the name of the new forum be?

What I propose is this:

• Nsider
  
• Nsider2
  
• New Nsider
  
• Nsider Squared
  
• Nsider Cubed
  
• Unified Nsiders
  
• United Nsiders
  

This, comrades, is my Five Step Plan for Merge. The benefits of such a merge range from increased traffic, more members under one roof, increased advertisement, and easier payment.

well, well look who came crawling back, didn't we wanna merge before but it was turned down, you guys even banned our url, now you come and ask for help?

This was not the idea of the head of Nsider2.
