Is using nfes legal?
Yes. Think of NFES like going to someone's house to play a new game they bought, or going to a concert to hear music. nfes is designed so that the games are never downloaded to users' computers, and instead only ever exist in RAM while the browser is open. The legality of nfes has been researched thoroughly, and the simple answer is that it is completely legal.
