I keep the clocks in my house synchronized to world servers. Whenever I click a page on this forum, the time displayed in the panel is about 3 and a half minutes short. I can click a page at 21:18 and the page itself says the time is 21:14. Same goes for any other use for time.

Irrelevant :P
I'm saying that NSF's clock is off and needs synching.
I never notice the clock here.

No, because when I'm told that a post was made at 8:36:04, I expect it to have been made at that time, not at 8:33:38 or whatever.

Yes, greatly. After 10 day 3 hours of lurking, I think I can say how annoying something is :P

Bah, I don't email Blizzard stating they should make less updates so I could have played more WoW.
Um, I don't know if it's possible to fix it. >.>

Yes, it's highly annoying.
I think you can change a setting in your profile to personally sync it.. let's see..
0.058
Use that to personalize it to within 5-10 seconds of your time. That SHOULD work.

I checked to exact seconds, my computer clock (synched to time-a.nist.gov just today) showed 15:25:45 at the same moment that the forum loaded a page saying 15:22:25. I checked that myself and the offset is about 1.05555555... and the field accepted up to 1.056. It's at most like 1.5 seconds off, which doesn't bother me.
