Kayso, I was really going to ask about this a long time ago.
Like, when Nsider was still around
But, I never got around to it
Anywho
I have this guitar, see?
And, well, this is my problem.

The bridge is bent up off of the guitar, probably because of my sisters getting ahold of it and playing with the whammy bar. Which I removed.
Anywho, is there any way to fix this by not going to a place like guitar center to do it?
If not, then I know what I'm asking for for christmas.

Because no one has no idea what you mean?
my friend had that but it was because the strings were tight...i don't know what he did tho.
Ouch. You could try to replace the bridge yourself, but you might want to have someone more experienced show you how first just in case. It's not hard, but if you're nervous, have someone do it for you.
And bridges aren't too pricey. Well...I suppose it can be considered pricey if you get an entire bridge set with screws and everything, but whatever.
With the strat you have, the bridge is supposed to be bent up a little. But it looks like yours is up a little too far which could mess with the quality of the wammy and the action would probably be a little high.
Now, the wammy is always gonna sound terrible now and it's going to squeak on the way down. Sorry, but you have to take it to a shop. :P Also, when you take it there, ask for them to fix the intonation because that's going to be really off.
But getting a new guitar is not worth it. It's easily fixable by a proffesional.

I think whammy almost always sounds terrible anyways. :P

Ooo sorry. I had the same problem. :P Luckily I got a brand with a lifetime warranty, so I can trade it in for a new one any time it shorts. :)

Try having to deal with
two cables shorting out. At first I couldn't use my wah pedal, and then the other cable shorted out too, so then I just couldn't amplify at all.
I've got two new ones now though, so no big loss.
