Title: Man, I'm pretty disappointed.
Post by: LinkXLR on October 30, 2007, 04:48:16 PM
I was really expecting more from guitar hero 3. The graphics seem to have plummeted from it's PS2 sequel and should be on or near-par with the 360 graphics, the online is finicky, and there seems to be random mistaked notes, even though you DIDN'T PRESS ANYTHING.  One thing that impressed me was the song library, and that is basically the reason why people buy the game. The game is still fun and it's nice to see guitar hero on Wii, but the game went much below the expectation point, and barely even seems to resemble the game everyone fell in love with.

Opinions?

I never noticed that.

But It's a good game.

BTW, When that note thing happens, I figure it's my timing. And when I get it right, no note misses!

I have to agree, the graphics could've been better. But it's about gameplay, not graphics.

Agreed. I love GH3. Well yes the graphics aren't very good (I got it on PS2 and the graphics look N64 quality) but graphics don't matter when you play a game.

Yeah, I'm not sure why everyone is even talking about the graphics in this game.  Honestly, I could care less, because I am not looking at the band or whatever else is goin on in the background when playing.  As long as it has great music and tells me the notes/chords to play, that's all I need in this game.  It could be black/white and 8 bit for all I care.  haha  (maybe I exagertated a bit...but you get my point)
