Title: my attempt at opening my junk computer, putting it back together...

powering it on, and getting 404 >_> it wont get past the "Emachine" logo @ startup :O by "opening" , i mean taking out every componenet from its place including the mother board. i actually tried to put it in a Xbox (original) XD motherboard was too big tho >_> well, at lest i can make use of the 160 GB hard drive :P

That reminds me of the time earlier this year that I took apart my GCN controllers to clean them. I cleaned 3 of them, one of them never worked again.

I made it up by buying some controllers cheap over ebay, though.

The mother board may be fried along with the ram slots...
