I think that Apollo/Odoroki/whateverothername's hair style is just some strange way to take advantage of the DS screen being taller than the GBA's -_-

I mean seriously, the top spike makes it to the first row of pixels.
For the character itself, I prefer Phoenix. I also like the Megatama better than the Minuku system ::)
Well, the 3D investigation is a plus on Apollo...

I'll play the new game, but the original is always the best.  You can't replace the original ace attorney. ;)

They already did, but you probably never played the original. (there was a GBA version only in Japan of the first 3 games)
