Last I read it was put on hold to work on something else. That was a while back, but still. I haven't read any actual updates on it since then.
The only updated tihng I heard was that ACW will be a masive multiplayer game.

Animal Crossing Twii. God that name is dumb.

I sadly never got to own Animal Crossing: GCN because I thought it would be the same as Harvest Moon.
This past summer I finally got to try it out at a friend's house. It was awesome!
Now I'm hoping I get a DS for Christmas with AC:WW too.
I never heard anything about a new Animal Crossing.
I think the wii one will be cool, maybe putting in a couple wii features in-game would be cool
