Hey. Have
YOU read the book before? It's pretty violent. I wouldn't call it a children's book if I wrote it.
It's a really good book. Now, if you saw the cartoon, you would think it kiddy. But it's not.

huh
The first Redwall? Yes. All the other books in the series? Almost, yes. Notice how I said "over 14," not "over 8."
By this I mean it's mature somewhat in that it contains violence, but this violence is lacking detailed description and isn't exactly brutal or anything. Wow, some weasel got hit with a sling. Gee. Better cover my eyes.
I read the majority of the series up to The Legend of Luke or whatever. Actually, I think I read the one that came out after that one too. Whatever.
SALAMANDASTROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Yeah, it is a series aimed at older kids/young teens, and you can't rightly deny it.

I guess I misread your post. But the imagination is a powerful thing. It says he got hit by a sling, well, I can imagine his head gushing out blood depending on how hard it was slung.
EUALALIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
