One game on the DS that consists of EVERY region. You start in kanto then go to Jhoto, Hoen(spelling?), then sinnoh! All jamed together into one! and none of the gold and silver BS where you blew through the next region. Each one takes a while and has lots of story! Has every pokemon in it so far. and allows you to take it to the next level! this is the one pokemon game to dream about. The one great thing that pokemon can do for us!
no trading, all event pokemon are obtanible but very hard to find
Yes! And every legendary must be obtainable without having to go to events or trading. And all of the regions: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Orre, and Poketopia!

I doubt the DS could handle it..... But from what I've seen is being put into Brawl, the wii could I'm pretty sure.

Except that, of course, the DS hasn't the graphical abilities to support a game of that calibier, let alone the memory. :| In no way is this possible, unless you want the game to be rather poopty. The memory capabilities aren't currently enough to handle something like this, do you see how much time it takes for D/P to even SAVE because of all the memory it processes? Unless you want a severely dumbed down game, this isn't possible right now. Even on the Wii, we don't know how Nintendo would handle a traditional Pokémon game on a consol (since they never have) and even then I don't know if it's possible, especially if you want it to have any kind of quality graphics.

IMO, you should get to choose which region you start in, and where you start determines what happens in the story. It should definitely be 3D and on the Wii. AND, you can download new story parts to keep the story going after you become Champion. I might get more ideas later... 8)

Hmm... I just thought of another idea... It can use a slightly different battle style. It's still RPG, but it plays out more like an action game. I remember making a post somewhere about it... I'll see if I can find it.

Imo 3d/wii version of pokemon would take away from the generation, and i mean it would be kinda of dumb playing on the wii, i mean come on... Surely the ds can handle it, but the thing is, their wouldn't be a new region and it would be the just the pokemon and the 4 regions and possably the islands and battle fontier. No other bonuses or new features, though it may be possable but the game would corrupt or be messed easily. Idk but it would be awesome if they put them all together.
Eh... I don't think it'd work out. Technologically it's possible, but I just don't know how they'd handle four major regions in one game.
I think we should get a gold and silver remake for the DS. It'd pwn.
Sure, this would be good, but wasn't this everyone's dream in the 3rd generation, too?

Nintendo makes Colloseum.
They want four regions in on game.
Nintendo makes XD.
They want 5 regions.
Nintendo makes D/P.
They want 6 regions.
Nintendo makes Ranger/PMD/etc.
They want 8+ regions.
See how this will keep on going, and might even be their marker for the end of Pokemon?
They'd have to make the games all in the new game, with a new region.
This game would take forever to complete, and take up so much space it would surpass the limits of the DS.
Putting this game on the Wii would change the traditional playing style, but if they don't put in the Wii's control style, people will complain.
And Nintendo's market strategy is that you have to buy all the games in the "generation" and go to events to catch them all.

i do want a game like that... i would so buy it
