Ok, if you look at the picture properties, you can get a link like these:

Ok, so if Sakurai has pre-uplaoded the pics he's puttin up, we should be able to find some new pics. All of them have the same http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/ part. On the end of it is in relation to the date. Now, for characters, you need the specific name so I don't think we'll be finding new characters. But does anyone think I'm crazy for thinking this? It seems possible though there are quite a few variables up there...
If he pre-uploaded them, then I can confirm for you guys now that Ridley won't be in the game. I checked Diddy's main image url and it's http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/characters/images/diddykong/diddykong.jpg, so you could just replace the names. Also, there is no Captain falcon image.

Either that or they didn't make all the updates yet :D
No, nothing is updated until 11:00 pm PT. Even the pics have the day they were uploaded on them.
