Will a photon appear as something bright or dark on a spectrum?
I thought it was bright since it's a light particle and all but I don't know...
Spectrums are different wavelengths traveled by photons. :)

"How many times were photons of radiation emitted from excited helium atoms to form the spectrum shown below? Explain your answer.
Then it gives me a spectrum of pretty much black and white stripes.
What I need to know is...Is a photon being emitted on the spectrum a black or white strip?
