can some one make me a sig that matches my avatar or maybe tell me how to make a cool one...i dont have any special photo editor...

You should download Gimp, and visit sites such as Gimp dome, or Gimptalk. So you won't have to rely on others anymore. When you get confident enough, you can do tutorials made for Photoshop. (Since they vastly outnumber Gimp tutorials, and they can easily be done in Gimp if you know what you're doing. ;))
If you get good with Gimp, it would be awesome ::)
