If you're talking about the hardware, you could try Circuit City, Best Buy, or most certainly, if there are any in your area, Frys Electronics. Most of these places have at least one brand of cheap burners, both external and internal. Comp Usa is okay, but they are a bit pricey. You could buy one at Amazon.com, but I'm not sure how they ship hardware and its costs.
For software, either online or at a Fry's.
