For my TV Tuner on the computer, I'm not really sure what I should set the sliders to for brightness, hue, saturation, and contrast. The sliders range from 0 to 255, making 128 the exact middle value (I think, or maybe it's 127). The defaults are:
Brightness: 177
Contrast: 110
Hue: 137
Saturation: 105

Here is a screenshot taken at default settings, I'm pretty sure that it's off in some way (the hue is fine, I'm fairly sure):

I changed brightness, contrast, and saturation to 128 and left hue at default:

I changed the brightness to 128 and left all else default:

I changed contrast to 128 and left all else default:

I changed the saturation to 128 and left all else default:

Also, here's a video I recorded with all values set at default:

My Paper Mario screenshots probably aren't good examples. I don't know what else to use though >_>

I just decided to check on it at the internet channel, I think that actually is perfect. Thanks.

Changing the contrast and leaving everything else seems to work just fine.
