Well I feel guilty but I found the answer for the Lightbulb Room off a website:
If you wanna know click the spoiler box

[spoiler]Look carefully at the different flashing light bulbs. Note how many times each bulb flashes. Clockwise from the right door, you will get 1 3 5 2 6 4.
Colors appear on the floor in the following order when you walk on colored areas: 1-red, 2-green, 3-blue/purple, 4-yellow, 5-light blue, 6-light purple/pink.
Leave the room and come back once you got it (to clear the floor). Walk and walk back clockwise from the right door to switch the colors on the floor in this order: 1-red, 3-blue/purple, 5-light blue, 2-green, 6-light purple/pink and then 4-yellow. An elevator appears in the center of the room. Stand on it.[/spoiler]
