Storyline: The storyline in TP was pretty good. There were dark moments in the game, (The Lanayru spirit scene is an example of this) there were sad moments, (The ending)
there were susepensful moments, (King bulbin bridge joust was an example) and many other elements.

The addition of Midna added a twist to the story. how we find out that she is the twilight princess.
And that Zant usurped the throne from her.
also the appearance of ganondorf made the plot more interesting.

Personally, i like Ocarina's story line a tad more that twilight Princess's, but still the story line is very deep and intriguing.

Score: 4.5/5

gameplay/controls: gameplay is the main part in all video games, and Zelda is no exception.
For the Wii edition, you swing your sword by shaking the wii remote.
Once you get long range items like the hero's bow, you can aim your shot by aiming the remote at the screen.

The main point in the game is that you do a few quests, go to a dungeon, get the item in the dungeon, and defeat the boss, and repeat.
The beginning of the game was really well done.
Not getting to the first dungeon for about 2-3 hours after starting.

Z targeting is also an important assent to our hero. By Z targeting, you can lock in on your enimies. Making battles much more easy.

The gameplay is quite fun and entertaining in TP.
Especially the Horse mechanics. Being able to fight on horseback got me excited for this game when it was unveiled in 2005.

It is also fun to take out bulbins with your arrows while on horse back.

there is also the ability to turn into a wolf.
with the power to sense, and dig up treasures out of the ground, your sure to have a swell time with this.

Overall, I think the gameplay and controls are outstanding in this game.

Score: 5/5

Graphics/ level design: now people have been saying that TP's graphics "Suck" due to the fact that they are outdated and such. I think they are wrong.
The settings in TP are jaw-dropping. The locations are absolutley gorgeous! (Especially in the Lanayru and Ordon provinces,)

The character graphics are almost perfect.
Link's design is the best one yet. adding much more detail to his look. (Chain-mail is an example)
The enemies and bosses are also well made.
(Stallord gave me the creeps when I fought it in arbiter's grounds)

The wide open ranges in hyrule field are very fun to travel through.
The setting of the Joust battle was very epic.
(Sunset on a bridge)

Overall, the graphics for this game are amazing.

Score: 5/5

Music: Oh my god. The music in this game is godly. Well, it's from koji Kondo, so what do you expect? :P
The tracks are very catchy and are addictive to listen to.
you'll probably find yourself humming the Hyrule field theme once in a while.

The Ganondorf boss music was very intimidating.
and sounded epic, as you clanged swords with the king of evil.

Overall, I love the games musical score.

Score: 5/5

Difficulty: now this is where the game sort-of falls behind on.
this is by far, the easiest Zelda game out there. It took me about a week-or-so to beat the main story.

the boss's are too easy, compared to the one's in Ocarina of time and majora's mask.
(i'm looking at you Gyorg, and Bongo bongo.)

the temples are a little on the easy side also.
Like lakebed temple for example.
I thought it was going to be harder than the water temple in Ocarina.
was I ever wrong.

ganondorf is just too easy. you can easily kill him without getting hit once.
I was expecting more of a challenge like he gave me in OoT.

Overall, i think the game should have been harder. you can easily beat it without dieng once.

Score: 3/5

Replay-value: This game has a ton of things for you to do after you beat the main plot.
Like pay for a shop in castle town to get magic armour, or collecting bugs to get a bigger rupee bag.

The cave of ordeals is also another Replay value aspect. You must hone your fighting skills to make it through this one.

There is also fishing. you can spend hours and hours fishing at the pond in Zora's upper river.
There are also poes. they will keep you busy for a while.

Overall, the Replay value is pretty good with this game. They could have added a little more, like a magic meter or something along those lines.

Score: 4/5

Overall feel: It fits perfectley into the Zelda franchise. Other than it's easy difficulty, and being able to put in more replay value when they didn't, this game is near-perfect.

Scores:

Story: 4.5/5
gameplay/controls: 5/5
Graphics/Level design: 5/5
Music: 5/5
difficulty: 3/5
Replay Value: 4/5

OVERALL SCORE: 4.5/5

If you havn't got this game, i'd advise you to go get it NAO!
:)

It was a great game, only reason most people do not like it is because they want to compare it to OoT, but they shouldn't, either way, I agree with your entire review!

ALttP will always be my favorite, though...
