...I forgot that browsers tend to display gifs at different speeds.  :'(

Okay, I loaded in Firefox, and it's the speed I wanted.

But in Opera, it's not.

Wait...I'm using FireFox. Last night, the gif was slow, but not it's up to speed with the swf.

I don't think it's a browser thing.
