It's not hard to understand grunge. And if you want to see how they're so overrated, read Rolling Stone some time. They're not that special.

The Eagles are overrated, but they have a couple of great songs (Hotel California, Life in the Fast Lane, Take it Easy, etc.).

You're just naming their hits.

So do I, but I can still admit when something I listen to is overrated. Led Zeppelin is my favorite band, but I don't jump on the Stairway bandwagon.
