FS Team Question

On teams, i have a question about some final smashes.  Take a FS like Link's or Ike's that only targets 1 person.  If the teammate hits a person trapped in their FS, will it knock them out of the FS, or will it just combo and add more damage.  If it only does the latter, this could lead to incredible combos leading to mass amounts of damage.  for that matter, what would happen if say, Ike hit someone with his FS, the link (on team Ike) jumps up and hits with his fs.  What would happen then?

But I don't think it's possible, as only one smash ball appears at one time.

Unless...

I Wonder what happens when BOTH teamates get the ball at the EXACT same time?

It can, if they stand side by side. The Ragnell has nice reach, so it'll drag out a bit behind the first target if they're immediately beside Ike, and carry anything in it's path up with Ike.

I'm sure it'd work like any item.  I don't see the issue.
