Super Smash Bros. Rumble - Should I put Claus in as a fourth Mother rep?

I wanted to put in Starman for a villain but I decided against it... You look like an Earthbound/Mother fan what's your opinion?

Actually, I've never played the games, my first game system was the gamecube so you can understand.  I only know the characters because of Melee's trophies.  I thought Mother 3 wasn't ever released in the US.  How do you guys know so much about it?

because there is a team currently translating it into english and they have translated enough of it for it to be playable (plus I know a bit of japanese).

Ocarina of time was out for about a 4 year peroid before Melee. MOTHER 3 got 1-2 years now.

Yeah. but what if someone was new to Ocarina of Time. They had just gotten to the part of Sheik's first appearance. Playing Melee spoils who it is. Plus, that was also around the time that the Ocarina of Time disc that came with a pre-ordered Wind Waker came out, so it could have still spoiled it. The Earthbound/Mother series isn't very well known in comparison to the Zelda series, so people wouldn't care as much if Claus got spoiled. Remember, Mother 3, Claus's game, was never released in the U.S.
