I made a curser and now I need to host it.  Where do I do that?  It needs to stay as a .cur file so that I can use it in my profile here.

I use http://www.hotlinkfiles.com to host files like that. It allows you to create a free account. (but has popup ads when you try to upload)

When you upload it, this CSS code adds the cursor to your profile:
body {cursor: url("http://www.site.com/cursor.cur"), pointer;}

Also, I'm curious, what program did you use to create the cursor?

The program was free and it's really sweet because you can create your stuff in any art program and then open it up in this program to save it as a .cur ^_^

It's called Greenfish Icon Editor
