Look at the green one, he's much too... blimpish to be Kirby/Jiggly, as in he's too wide, his feet look like duck feet, I don't think he's tall enough to be Kirby (though I could be wrong), and there's that doo dad on his head.

Therefore, I don't think the yellow one is based off anything.

I mean, either they're unique, have their own specials, etc.
Or they're so generic they're not worth really fighting like the wireframes were. Frankly this mode has no importance other than to get stuff...whichc I'm sure is the ONLY reason to make this mode X_X;

The wire frames in Melee were based off of Captain Falcon and Zelda.  As for the Alloys is Brawl, I think they are based off real characters, but it looks like Sakurai tried to change them a little to make it less obvious.  Though he has horns, the Yellow Alloy greatly resembles Mario, and we could see that from just two pictures.  I'm sure they're based off of characters, but it's hard to tell which ones.

now it teaches cooperation....in 2P mode...

Geno

I only believe that they are based off characters because of the fact that the original Smash Bros' "Polygons" were all shaped like characters.
