if it's no to the trophy amount, yes, if it's no to Crazy hand, then beat adventure mode on normal or hard (I forget), in under 15mins, then kill Giga Bowser and that will get you it (I think)
and yes there is a Master Hand trophy, there's also a Giga Bowser trophy if you didn't know
