I do not expect Dr. Mario to return, though if he does, I would love to see moves like this. This will be as if Sakurai is writing this... >_>

<B> = Virus Throw.

Those crazy virus' from the Dr. Mario games are here! But... they're helping? That doesn't make sense! Oh well. Dr. Mario throws them at his opponents and they latch on! They continue to give damage for about 20 seconds.

B = Megavitamin Throw.

Dr. Mario's megavitamins are back and work slightly different this time. They still cause damage to your opponents, but not if a virus is on them. It heals them of the annoying virus! You gotta be carefull.

It's not a whole new moveset, but this would be a way to differentiate himself from the Mario mold.
