actually it IS different, the IC's f Smash is a hammer swipe not a downward slam, also the IC's tilt was just a smack, not a spin.

No, IC's Forward Smash IS a downward slam. However Dedede is anything but a clone.

He has Waddle Dees, they don't. His hammer has 'jet' like capabilities, they don't. They are Dependant, he is not.
