You need to download an emulator and illegal ROMs.  Then set the emulator to a length and width that is acceptable for sprites (compare the ones on screen to the ones on an already ripped sheet) and use that prt scrn button on a PC keyboard, usually above the "insert" button.  You can also use a program to view the palettes and the sprites, but I don't get how they rip the sprites (I tried, it looks like random colors).
