Diddy is Donkey's cousin. Dixie is his girlfriend, Kiddy is Dixie's cousin.

Swanky and Funky are DK's brothers. Lanky, i'm not sure.

hope that clears something up. :)

Yah, I heard Diddy is his nephew somewhere, but is often referred to as his buddy.  Where did it say that Funky and Swanky are DK's brothers (heard Funky somewhere before, but I doubted it)?

funky and swanky are related to each other, possibly DK's brothers, perhaps cousins, ...
