C&C3 Help

EA forums don't even answer me.

Alright, so first off, I started C&C3 after I had gotten my new video card (I'll describe later) a while back. I could get to my screen, but when I started my game, the graphics were weird, and soon crashed.
(Direct3D Error 0x0x8007000e (E_OUTOFMEMORY)
32 addresses:

So I went back in, edit a couple of setting, and huzzah, it worked! But then a few days later, I tried to get back in - I can't even get to the main screen anymore.

Downloaded all of the updates for my computer, for the game, basically everything I could think of to update, but still, no luck.

Memory: 958MB RAM

Is it possibly Games for Windows? Those only work on Vista.
