Turn around during Falcon Punch in Melee?

Because I just noticed you can, it's very Useful >_>

Nope, its new to Brawl.
Did you notice that it is also more powerful?

Yeah. But how you get hit is important too, which I think it new.

If you just get hit by the Fire, it's around 10%, if you just barely get hit by his fist, it's around 20%, and if you can see the Fire on the other side of who you hit, it does around 35%...
