would say Zelda was buffed the most.
All her tilts, aerials and smash's kill...:O

For nerfed, I would say Sheik.
She ain't strong no more...:(

She's just as fast, and can still get enough attacks in to kill someone.

And I agree with your buffed choice. Most of Zelda's attacks are faster than Sonic's.

When your attacks are faster than the fastest character in the game, IMO, you're broken -_-
