Ok, I need Jigglypuff, and I heard that in the Swamp there's a door you go through or something to get Jiggs, but I don't know the specifics or where. Could you help me? :-\

In SSE, you can't get her until you beat the final boss in SSE. Same with Wolf and Toon Link.

Actually, he said to "get Jiggs", he didn't say anything specifically like "unlock" or "get Jiggs in SSE". So either could be helpfull.
