Brain Andross is perhaps ths easiest SF64 boss, sans the escape with James. I say this as there is a rediculosly easy way to kill it, while taking only minor damage [Andross' teleport is very specific] Arguably, Star Wolf at the entrance is the hardest, along with Area 6 and "Mechbeth" [if you miss the switches].

not only was the whole final area Ass, that boss fight was one of the worst in the history of the Metroid series.

honestly.  Spore Spawn was a more exciting battle.

SPORE FUCKING SPAWN.


if you're gonna say a Dark Samus battle, say Dark Samus 2 (Metroid Prime 2).

I forgot to put that one on my list.  That was THE epic battle of the series.

Not the fight itself just the satisfaction of putting that ninny 6 feet under.
I couldn't stand Dark Samus.  Bitch had almost as many lives as Ridley.

If I had to be honest I'd have to say the fight with Mother Brain in Super Metroid was my personal favorite.
Killing Dark Samus is just No. 1 for now because she was such a ninny.
