This is what I am....

I am my convictions.

I am the actions that make me who I am.  It is my identity more than my face, my family, or even my name.

I follow no one but what I have faith in.  My faith is not blind.  It is ever under the scope of my logic.

My logic is not flawless.  For I am sure of only that nothing is certain.  My faith fills the holes left behind.

I hold on firmly to my feelings and the feelings I have about my decisions.  I live without regret.

I do what I can for others because it is what I want.  I do what I want for myself because I can.

I do not yield for anyone.  I yield only to a conviction greater than my own.

I will not hesitate in my actions. Hesitation leads to doubt.  Doubt only wastes what precious little time we have.

To fear death is not uncommon and not to be ashamed of.  To fear life is truly a sad and pitiable thing.

Listen to those who would give advice and wisdom but be sure not to bend to every spoken word.

You are nothing without your convictions.
