I downloaded the bioshock demo off of steam and I can't play it :|
and the link the error dialog sends me to is not in english. It doesn't help. What do I do? D:

Lower the amount of connections you have. My modem breaks if we go over 35 connections...and to fix it we unplug(the power) it for about 5 seconds plug it back in, and you're good to go.

SecuROM is notoriously buggy, I'm not extremely surprised. There were tons of problems caused by it when it was bundled along with Sims 2: Bon Voyage. Wonderful how they treat everyone like a criminal and install poop like it on games.

I got the demo to work by verifying the game cache file...
Good game, but I have a s***ty graphics card and the game is kind of laggy on low settings. It looks epic on high settings though D: I need a good card to play on high settings ;_;

EDIT: I get a little buzz when I play, random sometimes but I can still hear the game.
