Ok, I found out something.
It only shows the "Cannot display this video mode" on MY account. I just tested it.
I went on my parents account, nothing happened. Went on mine, 5 seconds later it showed the screen.

When you went to VGA mode did you go onto your account?

Yeah. There was no "Administrator" account to choose.

Damn.
I don't really know what else to do, except back up all your documents, and delete/remake your account.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking about doing. Just save some of my important stuff and make another account.
I'll just do that. :P
