A lot of you have commented on Wii Fit. I am not really a fan of it, but, it is definitely an interesting system. Hell, my brother, a 6'6 giant covered in tattoos that's a mechanic by trade bought himself a Wii....for Wii Fit.

It's simply astounding. I don't think anyone can deny that Nintendo has created its next Mario...out of a piece of plastic and your own face.

Wii Fit was released last May.....it's now in its fourth quarter, and yet you can't get your hands on it. Super Smash Bros. Melee, the all time best seller (and launch title) of the Gamecube, could only hope to have these kind of sales.

So...are you Fitted up? Can you believe the sales giant that is Wii Fit?

i own it, not for wii fit though, mostly for the balance board, so that any game that need to use it, i can do it.

as for the sales, I am surprised by its success.
I think its sales will slow down when the Wii system sales slows down.

I honestly don't. I think its sales will only slow when the next major "Mii" installment hits...which would be Wii Sports Resort. It shows no signs of letting up, in NA anyways.

I've never played Wii Fit, but I'm assuming it's quality, for what it intends to do. Nuff said.

Still, I can't help but thinking... what a shame. This thing is barely a video game at all, yet it beats the classics we grew up on like Smash, hell, even Mario.

It's perfectly believable that Wii Fit would sell so well. But I guess I think like a lot of "hardcore-ish" gamers would, when I say I'm really hating this casual boom. Being a gamer feels... not remarkable at all any more. :|

The Game Boy Pocket.
Put it in your back pocket.
Sit down and it breaks.
