Rock band 2 calibration help

I messed with it...so I need help. What is the correct calibration setting for a standard TV? Calibrating it the regular way makes it worse, and it takes too long to do it manually just by guessing....

I have a standard TV and it's supposed to be at 0-0, but it works pretty well at 45-35 for me.

Cool I'll try it. Right now I'm at 0-45 and it works alright, but there's something that's just not right yet...

0,0 on RB1 is 35,20 on RB2.
