Have they released an NA update to make Pokemon Ranch compatible with Platinum?

Nope, it's as if Ranch support has been completely dropped in my opinion. We'll see whether Japan makes an update for it in a month, and I'll guess that they won't.
It's weird that they would create Ranch in the first place be unable to even connect to Platinum. It makes sense that the new forms wouldn't be rendered, but it should at least be able to connect with unreleased Pokemon games of the same gen like every single other Pokemon game.
I want Platinum support so I can reach the necessary number of Pokemon to get Mew easier :(
