Sound wouldn't work because a dog chewed on it. (October 2005, got the DS January.) Sent it back in, good as new. Still works. And I got another stylus. <3

In 2006, I owned an Electric Blue DS (Original/"phat") that I dropped on the sidewalk. Once. And it wasn't even that high up. The end result? It wouldn't charge, for some reason. After that, I started using my Mom's DS Lite before I got one as a graduation gift.

A few months later, the DSi was announced. ._.

Both of mine work fine (the original and Lite). But both have the same problem. The hinge on both is broken so for the original DS, the top screen could easily be snapped off as the right hinge is cracked, and for the DS Lite, the "click" that you hear when the screens snap into place isn't there. If I tip over my DS Lite so that the logo on the top screen faces down, the screen will just fall and hang there. Wish I could show pictures, but my camera's not working. :|

I treated it perfectly fine, but one day the bottom screen's colors started messing up :(

I dropped my DS Phat until it decided to stop being cool. It broke its small hinge but still plays fine.

My Lite (which I got from freaking Europe when they didn't offer black yet) is still perfect except the L button, which you have to mash on to work. My friend bumped into me during school and it slammed onto the linoleum. Poor, poor DS.

I'd get a DSi but I'm a poor musician now.
