i dont think the Blue Koopa Shell will since the penguine power up can do what it did and more

and i can imagin the issues of the other characters geting dragged across the stage by the person wit the Giant-Shroom.

so thats a no on both of them imo

The Penguin has pretty much replaced the Blue Koopa Shell, and the Giant Shroom won't work with four players on screen at the same time.

I could imagine the Mini Mushroom reappearing, though.

well i just checked the official site. the mini-shroom is making a return. and yes, the Giant-Shroom and the Blue Koopa shell will not.


but what dosent make any sense is the frozen flower. it lets you throw snowballs that are exactly the same as the penguin suit ones.

Why must Nintendo make copies of items, with little improvement, instead of new items altogether? ;_;

My two least favorite of NSMB's powerups removed, yay. I didn't like the shell's poor control and I disliked the entire idea of the giant shroom just demolishing everything.
Penguin suit is nice. But Ice Flower now has two different functions in 3D and 2D.
From what I've seen, Propeller Suit seems like it'd suck. Maybe even my least favorite of the flight-type powerups.
