I don't really read the funnies anymore as I did as a kid, but I've always loved Peanuts.
Probably cuz my dad was a big fan as a kid.

Get Fuzzy, Dilbert, Rose is Rose and Zits I suppose, as well as Foxtrot but my paper stopped running Foxtrot after he stopped making weekday strips D:

Also, even though it's not particularly my favorite, I want to give For Better or For Worse some credit for being one of the only long-running comic strips that actually has a unified plot with dynamically changing characters over a span of multiple decades.
