Square Enix to announce a "Requested" Game sometime this year.

If it's requested, then it's either a Kingdom Hearts game or Final Fantasy Remake. There was an interview somewhere about a sequel to The World Ends With You as well, but I think that was supposed to be for the Wii. The most likely would be Versus XIII, but that was mentioned in the conversation, so yeah.

I was just going to say TWEWY 2. It was an intense game with critical acclaim.

If it is the remake, it'll more than likely sell well. If it sells well, then there's the possibility of VIII and IX being remade. In which case I'll actually buy a PS3.

I just realized something. There is one game, that Square has made, given a sequel, two re-releases, and has never looked back on. One game that Square won't give another sequel. One game that had Square shut down two fan projects, one being a 3D remake, the other being a fan sequel.

Anyone following me? I'm talking Chrono Trigger.

I disagree here.
I can't imagine them remaking either of those. VII has an enormous fanbase and tons of side stories and related material.
VII wasn't as well recieved.
IX wasn't either, and it was made in a different style that would look silly remade.
Neither have really been requested.

This is one of my favorite games of all times. If they made a sequel, I would immediately go pre-order it and buy another DS (since mine was stolen(and if it was on it at all))
