I don't get it.

I ate (And drank) 2 hours ago. Just 10 minutes ago I was feeling tired. The only suspicion is the air condition. I was writing a few lengthy posts for a few sites and for a research project.

Now I have this sudden adrenaline rush. Like I literately feel like running for 30 minutes out of here then running back. I don't get it.

Any rushes like these you've had? Discuss as you will.

Usually only after a legit adrenaline rush. Every time I climb any climbing wall for the first time of the day, I get this great rush that just pushes me to the top. I could have climbed the wall a million times prior, but the first of a day always gets me going.
