I finished with my girlfriend and two friends surviving... the third wandered off and died without warning.

My girlfriend got Dysentery and Cholera.
One friend got bitten almost immediately into the game, later got Dysentery and T-Virus.
The other friend broke his leg and caught the Green Flu.

I made it to the end, earned about 1900 points.

I tried playing it, but it takes too long to play. Starting in DC makes it too long, I'd be nearly done with an Oregon Trail game by the time I reach the Midwest in Organ Trail.

Somebody got measles twice. Another person got bit by a zombie a couple towns in and then towards the end of the game got g-virus.

Riddler was bitten by a zombie.
I got injured while scavenging for food, as we were down to nothing. I got 200 oz.
Sync is coming down with cholera, but he recovered.
Riddler was bitten by a zombie again.
Silver broke his leg.
Riddler died.
Doodle was infected and incapped, so he was killed.
Silver is incapped.
Silver died.
Sync is incapped.
I am coming down with cholera.
I died.

GAME OVER

I was in between Dallas and the landmark 600 miles away.

tl;dr I was a bit stingy with med kits at first. Everyone died but Super and I so we went to a strip club, Super was bitten 3 times and got the green flu and eventually had to be put down. I then suffered many hardships and eventually arrived in Oregon.

I'll try again later now that I know what I'm doing.
